At present, 23 years old Chubba Purdy is a Sophomore at the University of Nebraska who was initially the starting quarterback at Perry, after being scouted by Florida State as a dual-threat quarterback.
Currently, he plays as a quarterback for the Nebraska Cornhuskers at the University of Nebraska. Even though he had a bright start there, the player ended up getting wounded in his collarbone that required immediate surgery. After transferring to Nebraska in 2022, he played against Oklahoma. Chubba directed the club to one of its two touchdown drives, going 7 of 11 for 35 yards and adding five rushes for 29 yards, including a score of eight yards.
Brock Purdy’s younger brother was a four-star talent when he graduated from Gilbert, Arizona’s Perry High School, where he amassed 9,000 yards of total offense and 111 touchdowns. He initially chose Louisville before changing his mind and choosing Florida State to start his NCAA football career as a true freshman in 2020 and ironically enough, Chubba’s start at Florida State college came against Louisville.
