Sean Payton hints his return with Tom Brady amid Buccaneers QB’s contract ending this season

NFL fans have been speculating about Tom Brady’s future with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, as his contract with the team is set to end this season. While there has been no official word on whether Brady will re-sign with the Buccaneers or move on to another team, recent comments from former New Orleans Saints head coach Sean Payton on his return to NFL have sparked rumors of a potential “team-up” between the two.

Sean Payton has been off of football for a year since departing the New Orleans Saints to pursue a broadcasting career. As fans believe Brady will leave the Buccaneers after this season following their struggling run to join a team that appears to be a contender, and many believing on Payton’s return to the NFL as a head coach next season, the likelihood of both of them ending up on a same franchise seems a real possibility.

However, recent interview of Sean with Peter Schrager suggests something different. Sean sees himself finally teaming up with Brady at Fox some day instead of on field as player-coach.

Well, for that to happen, fans might have to wait a bit longer. As Tom Brady recently came out of retirement and doesn’t look to be retiring any time soon despite his disappointing season with the Buccaneers and Sean Payton looking for a comeback that may last longer than just a couple of years.

Only time will tell what the future holds for Tom Brady and Sean Payton, but their potential team-up is certainly a topic of discussion among NFL fans. Whether it will come to fruition remains to be seen.
