Ex-Bucs QB Tom Brady sends special message to Celtics Jayson Tatum on autographed jersey: “I love watching you play! Good luck”

Seven-time Super Bowl Champion, Tom Brady left Boston’s greatest sports legend Jayson Tatum emotional as he was bestowed with an astonishing gift by the former Buccaneers veteran quarterback.

Jayson Tatum has always had Larry Hughes' support in his journey to the NBA

With the third overall pick in the 2017 NBA Draft, the Boston Celtics selected the Duke forward. Despite still being a very young man, the 25-year-old NBA All-Star has impressive athletic ability.

What did Tom Brady give Jayson as a gift?

The NBA star player posted on his Instagram page with the caption “Appreciate you @tombrady” that the 45-year-old sent him an incredible gift that showed a special message for the NBA star player. The yet uncrowned Hall of Famer sent a No. 12 Patriots jersey with his signature covering most of the No. 1 spot.

“Jayson, L.F.G. I love watching you play! Good luck, 7X SB champ,”  a message written on the gifted jersey.

Throughout his 23-year career with the Patriots and Buccaneers, Tom Terrific broke numerous records. During his time with the Patriots, he threw for 74,571 yards and 541 touchdowns, both of which are NFL records for a single team.

Due to his exceptional quarterbacking abilities, the 45-year-old has already been ranked number one in many polls, been chosen to play in 14 Pro Bowls, and won 7 championships in addition to 1 comeback player of the year award, 2 offensive player of the year awards, 3 MVP awards, and 5 Super Bowl MVP awards.

Therefore, the Boston Celtics star’s receiving a blessing from such a legendary player could be a source of great joy. The legendary NBA player already made a name for himself in the league by breaking Larry Bird’s single-season record of 29.9 points per game in 1988 and becoming the first player in Celtics history to average 30 or more points per game.

Boston Celtics' Jayson Tatum Could Have Had His Moment - The New York Times

JT has had a successful career so far, but the NBA player is still lagging behind the GOAT of the NFL because he has never won a championship. With Brady’s support, Jayson may now feel an even stronger urge to win a championship.
