Fox Sports fired Noushin Faraji in August 2024 after she worked there from 2012 to 2024. She asserts that false reasons led to her termination. She has filed a lawsuit against Fox Sports, its parent company Fox Corporation, and others in California Superior Court.
In the lawsuit, Faraji accuses Skip Bayless of making unwanted advances, including long hugs, cheek kisses, and comments about changing her life if she had sex with him. She says Bayless offered her $1.5 million for sex in 2021 and threatened her job when she refused.

Faraji also claims that Joy Taylor treated her badly because of her ethnicity and disability. She says Taylor made fun of her English and complained about her humming, which is something Faraji does to cope with her PTSD.

I don't believe it. Beyond that, if those words were actually uttered by Skip, I get the feeling it was said in sarcasm or jest. Skip, though I'm not a fan of his, doesn't seem like someone who would be that careless with either his money or reputation.
