Gisele Bundche’s one strategy to keep her life together after divorcing NFL legend Tom Brady

Gisele Bündchen, a famous model and actress, has recently gone through a high-profile divorce from NFL legend Tom Brady.

However, she has managed to keep her life together by co-parenting her children and focusing on distractions that keep her mind at ease.

Despite her situation, Gisele has navigated the divorce well, especially with Tom’s cooperation in co-parenting their children. Nonetheless, she still faces online harassment and scrutiny due to her fame.

Apart from spending time with her children, Gisele has also found other distractions that help her cope with the situation. From practicing meditation to pursuing a career revival, she has been able to keep her mind busy.

She was recently spotted celebrating Carnival in her homeland Brazil.

Her memoir also reveals an important strategy that she follows to remain unaffected by other people’s negative words. She advises people to be clear about their intentions and not let other people’s words affect them.

“People will say things to you – and about you – but try not to let their words affect you. Other people’s words have almost nothing to do with you and almost everything to do with them. Instead, ask yourself: What do I really want? And why? Be as clear as you can about your intentions.”- Gisele wrote in her memoir.

Despite all the difficulties, both Gisele and Tom have both handled the divorce with maturity and have moved on to pursue their careers.

While Gisele is finding ways to stay busy and focused, Tom is growing his brand and career as an NFL analyst through his podcast.

Both have been successful in their respective endeavors, and their ability to co-parent their children sets a good example for modern couples going through a divorce. They have proven that being adults about the situation and remaining cooperative is essential for the well-being of the children involved.
