Jayson Tatum’s incredible performance vs Lebron James’ team sets NBA world on fire

The league’s top athletes displayed their incredible talent at the 2023 NBA All-Star Tournament. Yet on Sunday night, Jayson Tatum of the Boston Celtics stood head and shoulders above the rest, shattering a number of All-Star Game records with an absolutely unbelievable display.

Tatum scored 55 points in total, added ten rebounds, and handed out six assists. His effort of 55 points was sufficient to shatter the NBA All-Star Championship record for most points in an All-Star Match.

With 27 points scored in the third quarter, an All-Star Game record, over half of those points came from that quarter.

In one of the match’s more interesting sequences, Tatum and fellow Celtics player Jaylen Brown alternated between trying to score against one another.

It came as no surprise when Tatum was voted the 2023 Kobe Bryant Award winner, also known as the All-Star Game MVP after he assisted Team Giannis in defeating Squad LeBron.

Social media was flooded with praise for Tatum’s incredible performance on Sunday night from NBA fans all over the world.

The Celtics have a very great chronicle as a team, and their All-Star Game track record is no different.

Tatum is the seventh Celtic to win the All-Star Game MVP prize and the first since Larry Bird in 1982 thanks to this performance.

Tatum was undoubtedly the hero of the show, but Brown, a colleague from Boston, had a tremendous game for the opposition, scoring 35 points.

The Celtics partners also set a new mark for the most points scored by a duo of partners in an All-Star Game with 90 total points.

The Celtics have maybe the finest combination of any NBA team, and Jayson Tatum is a true superstar if this All-Star Tournament has shown us anything.
