Injury bug biting the Philadelphia Eagles hard, multiple injuries reported

The Philadelphia Eagles are in serious trouble now with multiple injuries to the key players in their lineup. Earlier on Saturday, the eagles lost their main stay- quarterback Lane Jhonson- as he suffered an abdominal injury while losing to Dallas, which will keep him out of the final two regular-season games.

With Johnson not playing in the tournament, the Eagles had to bring their “A” game and play as a team to reach the Superbowl final. Moreover, the injury report has not stopped causing more panic in the Eagle’s camp, this time it is cornerback Avonte Maddox- while sacking Dak Prescott, Maddox got injured.

The Eagles do have the necessary replacements ready to fill up their gaps in the form of C.J. Gardner-Johnson and Boston Scott. However, even if they have enough resources in impactful players that does not guarantee them a Super Bowl final.

With the current situation, the Eagles are in more than a spot of bother, yet one must not forget when the Eagles emerged as champions they were facing a similar crisis with their main players out of the league. Again this does not mean that they will be able to repeat that miracle.

How Fans reacted to the injuries?

After the injury report fans were very disappointed and went on to share their views about the players on Twitter.

“Eagles are done,” a fan wrote.

Another showed confidence in the team’s lineup and added, “Just beat the Saints & everyone can rest up for 2 LONG weeks”.

“I would move Cj to the slot when he comes back! No more Josiah Scott please!” a fan replied in John Clark’s tweet.

Can the Eagles still make it to the Superbowls? Stay tuned for more updates.
