Richard Hamilton also known as ‘Rip’ Hamilton is a retired NBA player who has recently put up his Florida water front mansion for sale for $8.9 million dollars.

Richard who is best known for his time at the Detroit Pistons where he won the NBA championship. The 42 years old is a 3 times NBA all star and has one ring along with numerous college level awards in his impressive resume. He also led the Pistons to their best regular season record.

Rip was a first round pick and played for the Washington Wizards for the first three years before being traded to the Pistons and then to the Chicago Bulls. He bought the mansion in 2014 which is the same year where he faced a career ending injury.
