To showcase his dominance last night, Davis put up a unique stat line, scoring 27 points with 25 rebounds and 5 assists, including 7 steals and 3 blocks, making him the first player in NBA history to record such numbers in a single game.
Davis also became the first player since Shaquille O’Neal to record 25+ points and 25+ rebounds in a single game and the first player to record 25+ points, 25+ rebounds with 5+ assists, and 5+ steals in a single-ball game.
Lakers defeat Timberwolves
In a match that showcased brilliant synergy between the teammates, which resulted in a huge victory over the 2nd seed of the Western Conference, each player did a good job to secure the victory for the Lakers. Davis, with his historic night, also acted as a catalyst for the Purple and Gold to ensure their success.
