During a recent TikTok interview, Drew McIntyre, one of WWE’s most heel psychopaths, demonstrated a calmer side of himself. He used to literally shatter people’s words and minds with his savage lines and actions.
But in the video, he has shown his calm side by sharing honest thoughts on AEW, which is the second-largest promotion in North America and used to be WWE’s biggest rival in the early days.
AEW no longer feels like a major competitor to WWE, especially with WWE’s recent rise. Despite this, Drew didn’t disrespect AEW and praised them for giving wrestlers more career opportunities, something he lacked when he briefly left WWE.
During the TikTok live, Drew shared that AEW is good for wrestling because it helps many wrestlers make a living, like Bobby Lashley, Ricochet, and Sasha Banks are doing right now.
