Cristiano Ronaldo’s Manchester United future: Joel Glazer to ‘make final decision

Cristiano Ronaldo is a soccer legend who is currently playing for Manchester United, but it appears that his situation will change after the FIFA World Cup 2022. In a recent interview with Piers Morgan, Ronaldo told some unpleasant truths that created a huge buzz in the football media.

In that interview, CR7 stated that he sees Manchester United as a marketing club and that, as a result, the Reds will not win any trophies in the coming years. Ronaldo also expressed that he does not regard former manager Ralf Ragnick as a coach and does not even respect current manager Erik ten Hag.

The Portuguese captain didn’t stop there; he accused the Glazer family of not taking good care of the club and also criticized his former teammates, Wayne Rooney and Gary Neville.

The management of Manchester United is pissed at this interview and its timing, as the Reds had just secured a last-minute dramatic victory against Fulham last Sunday. Still, they didn’t release any official statements regarding this issue but will do so very soon; besides, they are closely observing the issue.

“The club will consider its response after the full facts have been established.”

But it seems the club will be backing the current coach Ten Hag over Ronaldo, but the final call regarding CR7’s future will come from the American club owner Joel Glazer.

“Our focus remains on preparing for the second half of the season and continuing the momentum, belief, and togetherness being built among the players, manager, staff, and fans.”

But after those, tt is evident that after these comments, Ronaldo will not receive positive support from the club, so he will have to seek a new club to play for the rest of the season. Most fans are disappointed by these remarks, but they are hoping for some incredible performances from the soccer maestro in the upcoming World Cup, as well as speculation about Ronaldo’s future club.
