Tristan Thompson did not have a good season this year as he remained unsigned. Yet no misery would compare to his recent incident- his mother passed away. It is a time of grief for the former NBA champion.
Thompsons’ mother, Andrea Thompson, was living a healthy life in her Toronto home when she was struck with a heart attack on Thursday. After learning about his mother’s departure, Tristan rushed to Toronto.
Many people went to show their support for the player and respect for his mother in Toronto. Among those present, however, was Thompson’s ex-girlfriend Khloé Kardashian.
Furthermore, Tristan and Khloé were engaged for nine months until Maralee Nichols, with whom Tristan had a son named Theo, filed a lawsuit against him. Thompson apologized to Khloé online and confirmed he is Theo’s dad afterward, leading to the couple’s breakup.
During her relationship with Tristan Thompson, with whom she has two children, Kardashian developed a strong relationship with Andrea. So After her departure, it was a sign of respect from Khloé to attend her funeral and support Tristan.

In an Instagram post on Friday, Kardashian’s mother, Kris Jenner, confirmed Andrea’s death.

“I am so heartbroken by the sudden passing of Tristan’s mom, Andrea. My thoughts, prayers and all of my love are with Tristan, Amari, Dishawn and Daniel. You were the most amazing, dedicated, devoted, and selfless mom and such a loving, kind, and fabulous grandmother.”
