Lamar Jackson laughs off Madden 24’s ranking compared to Patrick Mahomes, Joe Burrow and Josh Allen

Lamar Jackson, one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL has faced many setbacks with a lot of injuries and a controversial contract situation with the Baltimore Ravens. However, in the end, he signed a contract with Ravens which makes him the highest-paid player in the league.

Because of all these factors the quarterback has taken a backseat to many quarterbacks in the field. The fact became more evident when Madden also ranked him at 91 overall on the best quarterbacks list. However, Lamar Jackson’s reaction to his Madden rank was more hilarious than disappointing.

Jackson gives hilarious reaction to Madden Rating

After the official Madden ranking list for the quarterbacks was released, Jackson reposted the ranking list on Twitter. The Ravens quarterback disagreed with the ranking and stated that once he gets the game he’ll edit the list and give himself the 99 rank.

Imma just move it to a 99 wen I get the game.”

Currently, Patrick Mahomes has the top spot with a 99 overall card, followed by Joe Burrow with a 95-rated card, and Josh Allen with a 94-rated card. Lamar Jackson is in the top 5, sitting at 4th spot with an 88 overall.  Although it is a very high rating, the quarterback’s reaction shows that he isn’t happy with the ranking and was expecting more.

This year’s NFL game Madden 24 will feature Josh Allen as the cover star, so no wonder he got such a high-rated card!

Lamar Jackson Displeased with ’91’ rating in Madden 24

Lamar Jackson has been ranked 91 in Madden 24, behind Patrick Mahomes, Joe Burrow, and Josh Allen. He is currently fourth on the list of the top quarterbacks. But the quarterback is not happy with the rank he got.

The fact that he is one of the highest-paid players in the league and still is ranked fourth is quite hilarious. He only responded to this ranking by saying he’ll upgrade the list it if he gets the chance. But ultimately, it’s EA Sports who make the decision on the players’ ratings.

There is no question that Jackson is among the most talented players in the league. However, he still has a lot to prove in terms of the Super Bowl. Other quarterbacks including Patrick Mahomes have already achieved this honor, but Jackson will have to work hard for a Super Bowl win and demarcate his name as the top quarterback in the league.
