NFL rumors: Cowboys owner Jerry Jones to take his shot on WR Odell Beckham Jr amid NFL return news

The trade deadline for the upcoming season is knocking at the door and the NBA world is filled with suspense and rumors. The name of the free agent Odell Beckham Jr. is also tagged along with the other hotcakes for this season. OBJ has supposedly caught the attention of Cowboys owner, Jerry Jones, who has recently spoken highly of the wide receiver.

In a recent interview, the Cowboys owner said, “He made the greatest catch I’ve seen, other than the one Dez made for the touchdown against Green Bay. Bottom line is, Odell, is a player that I admire a lot.”

There is a mixed reaction among the fans regarding the trade rumor. The cowboy fans are hyped to get this star player on their favorite team. Some netizens, on the other hand, have expressed their disapproval of this trade.

The 29-year-old player is available again after a brief break due to suffering an ACL injury during the super bowl earlier this season.  He hasn’t played a single game in this new season since then. Many teams are reportedly seeking to sign him as he nears his recovery from injury.

The Cowboys are having a fantastic season, having won five of their seven games and sitting third in the NFC East division behind the Eagles and the Giants. They have a great chance to make a long run this season if they make the playoffs. If they sign OBJ, they will undoubtedly strengthen their lineup, particularly their offensive line.
