On the December 13 episode of WWE SmackDown, Roman Reigns challenged Solo Sikoa to a Tribal Combat match during WWE Raw’s Netflix premiere. During the announcement, Paul Heyman, who was watching from behind, showed his loyalty to Roman Reigns by acknowledging him.
Despite rumors of Heyman betraying Roman, “The Wiseman” remains loyal to his Tribal Chief and discusses the consequences of the upcoming tribal combat between Solo Sikoa and Roman Reigns during his appearance on the Netflix Kickoff show.
On December 18, Solo Sikoa, Jacob Fatu, and Tama Tonga joined the WWE Raw on Netflix Kickoff event. Sikoa called on the crowd to acknowledge him, but the surprise came when Paul Heyman appeared as Roman Reigns ‘Wiseman.’

Heyman spoke about the January 6 Tribal Combat match between Reigns and Sikoa in his unique style, saying it wasn’t about The Bloodline’s past but about settling who the true Tribal Chief is. He declared the winner would reign as tribal chief, while the loser would fade as just another pretender.
Bully Ray believes Paul Heyman will repay CM Punk
WWE Hall of Famer Paul Heyman and CM Punk share a long history, both in and out of the ring. Recently, fans have been buzzing about a mysterious “favor” Punk asked from Heyman after the Survivor Series. While both have hinted at it many times, no one knows what the favor actually is.
Wrestling legend Bully Ray has a theory about it. Speaking on ‘Busted Open’, he said if WWE wants CM Punk to turn heel, Heyman might repay the favor by helping Punk take down Seth Rollins. Bully Ray admitted it’s tough to turn Punk into a villain right now, but this plan might work.
He said, “I think that until the Royal Rumble comes along, maybe the repayment of the favor comes into play. If Paul Heyman repays the favor by costing Seth Rollins in some way, shape, or form for CM Punk. Yeah, there may be a chance.”
