Roger Federer-Michael Jordan-Tiger Woods comparison inclines to “higher level” by Nicolas Almagro

Swiss tennis legend Roger Federer holds several ATP records and is considered to be one of the greatest tennis players of all time. Likewise Michael Jordan and Tiger Woods are also considered as best of the best for their performance in their respective fields.
Jordan is regarded as one of the all-time greats in the basketball, and his contribution to the NBA’s rise to fame in the 1980s and 1990s on a global scale cannot be overstated. With the Chicago Bulls, Jordan amassed a total of six NBA titles. He also participated in 14 NBA All-Star games and captured two gold medals for the United States at the Olympics.
Similarly Woods is widely recognized as one of the all-time great golfers and one of the most well-known athletes in modern history. He was honored with a spot in the World Golf Hall of Fame.
These two players has dominated their own sports for a long time. The same can be said about Federer too. In addition to having a large fan base throughout the world, Federer is the only male tennis player to have won 20 Grand Slam titles. He has also made a record 31 major final appearances and been named the ATP Fans’ Favorite for 17 straight years.

A versatile all court player, Federer ranks among sporting greats such as Michael Jordan amd Tiger Woods. Jordan and Woods are the people that transcend their sports. They are icons. Comparable to Tiger Wood’s in golf and Michael Jordan’s in basketball, respectively, is Federer’s influence.
Although the exhibition he founded, the Laver Cup, which was held from September 23–25 in London’s O2 Arena, marked the end of Roger Federer’s professional career.
In regards to Roger Federer’s farewell, Nicolas Almagro offered his sincere opinion. The Spaniard said: “Roger Federer’s retirement is a really huge loss. He was compared to Tiger Woods and Michael Jordan. Our sport has altered and advanced since his arrival.” He also stated, “His impact is Comparable to Michael Jordan’s in basketball and Tiger Woods’s in golf. We hope the Next Gen exponents remain anchored in his legacy.”
The Spaniard has had five opportunities to face Roger: “Playing against Federer is a unique experience. Against Roger you have the feeling that he can do whatever he wants at any time.”
However, the game always creates new superstars and create great stories. But Roger Federer will always be the name of inspiration for the youngsters.
