Roman Reigns and Paul Heyman, one of WWE’s most iconic partnerships, faced a dramatic twist on the latest episode of SmackDown. Roman, who once thought nothing of any decision without Heyman, walked away from him after Heyman chose not to break his friendship with CM Punk in the latest SmackDown.
Since Roman Reigns became the WWE Champion, Paul Heyman has been his only trusted advisor. Roman always knew that Heyman wouldnât leave him, even if Roman told him to. But things changed when CM Punk came into the picture.
The tension started when CM Punk asked Paul Heyman to stand in his corner at WrestleMania 41 instead of Roman. This upset Roman, and things got even worse when Punk hit him with a GTS move, leaving him unconscious.
After waking up, he chose to leave the ring without Heyman, showing there might be a break between them. Footage on social media showed Roman feeling upset about Heyman’s loyalty.

This isnât the first time Roman and Heyman have had problems. There were doubts before when Brock Lesnar returned. But now, as WrestleMania 41 gets closer, things are more seriousâespecially because Heyman clearly cares a lot about CM Punk.

Rikishi credits Roman Reigns for Bloodline success
WWE Hall of Famer Rikishi appeared on his Off The Top podcast, where he talked about the current heated moment between CM Punk and Roman Reigns. Before discussing their feud, Rikishi credited Roman Reigns the most for setting up the Bloodline family in WWE.
He said, “Roman Reigns, the Head of the Table, the guy who really set it off for The Bloodline. The domino effect that has opened the door for the rest of the family members of the future of this legacy to be able to come through and dominate the business of professional wrestling and the WWE.”
