Tom Brady, known to many as “The GOAT” of the NFL was seen in a very intense situation while attending his daughter’s horse riding lesson in Miami. The photos taken of the former Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback show him screaming into his cell phone.
Brady’s announcement of his retirement from the NFL had just been made earlier that day.
The 45-year-old was seen to be smiling and applauding his daughter, Vivian, whom he shares with his ex–wife Gisele Bündchen. The situation turned tense when Brady took a phone call with AirPods in his ears.
A lip reader told the Daily Mail that the athlete said “Stop calling me” and “You say that today, and that’s stupid.” Brady threatened the mystery caller to “stay away from her, she’s hard work,” and asked, “What am I supposed to do?” before ending the call with “This has got to stop” and “You gotta come through.”
Tom was dressed down for the occasion in a white T–shirt and light grey sweatpants with a matching sweatshirt tied around his waist. After the heated phone call, Brady and Vivian were spotted in the parking lot holding hands and smiling.
The seven–time Super Bowl champion announced his retirement several hours earlier that day. Brady said in a statement: “I wanted to say thank you to all of the incredible fans and Patriots supporters. MA has been my home for twenty years. It has truly been the happiest two decades I could have envisioned in my life and I have nothing but love and gratitude for my time in New England.”
