This was a horrific shot, up 1 with 10 seconds left? This shot needs to come with 5 on the clock at worst. Warriors had 4 turnovers in the final minutes of the game. Games on them https://t.co/Es8BijXeTM
The ending upset the crowd, Coach Steve Kerr, and Stephen Curry. However, the 36-year-old took the blame for the loss.
Stephen Curry takes blame after Warriors’ loss
The Warriors lost a six-point lead in the final minutes, and Curry’s missed three-pointer in the last seconds sealed the game. While many called it bad luck, Stephen Curry took the blame. After the game, he admitted his part in the team’s collapse.
Steph Curry: “The pattern of scoreless droughts down the stretch has to be addressed or else we’ll be a mediocre team. I’ll take responsibility for not being able to get us organized and not being able to finish plays. Ball’s in my hands. I got to make shots.” pic.twitter.com/MdxUG1q9E0
