“We don’t care post Lebron” NBA world savagely mocks Olivia Rodrigo watching Lakers vs Thunder game courtside

Olivia Rodrigo, the famous singer-songwriter and actress, attended the Los Angeles Lakers game against Oklahoma City Thunder on Friday night. She was accompanied by Iris Apatow, daughter of American filmmaker Judd Apatow.

In response to a tweet of Olivia’s appearing at the game, it seemed that fans were more interested to see LeBron than to see her. As a result, she got savagely mocked by the NBA world for not posting a picture of LeBron in the first place!

The game between the Lakers and Thunder took place on Friday night, and it was a thrilling contest. The Lakers won the game 116-111, with Anthony Davis putting in a stellar performance, scoring 37 points and grabbing 15 rebounds. Unfortunately, LeBron James, the Lakers star player, was sidelined due to an injury, and he had to watch the game from the sidelines.

The NBA World Mocks Olivia Rodrigo

While Olivia and Iris were clearly enjoying the game, the NBA world was more interested in LeBron James’ absence. Fans took to social media to ask Olivia to post pictures of LeBron, and some even mocked her for being there instead of LeBron.

The comments ranged from “post LeBron or we riot” to “We don’t care, post LeBron.” It just goes to show that even when big celebrities attend NBA games, the focus is always on the players.

Why Were Fans More Eager to See LeBron?

LeBron James is one of the biggest names in basketball, and his absence was keenly felt by Lakers fans. Several media outlets had reported that he could return to action for the last three games of the regular season, but there was no update from him.

Fans were eagerly waiting for his return, and they made their feelings known on social media. When Olivia Rodrigo tweeted a picture of herself and Iris Apatow courtside at the Lakers game, many fans replied, asking her to post pictures of LeBron instead.

Olivia Rodrigo and Iris Apatow are both big basketball fans, and they clearly enjoyed the game between the Lakers and Thunder. They were seen chatting and laughing throughout the game, and they even shared a selfie on social media.

This is not the first time that Olivia has been spotted at an NBA game, as she previously attended a game between the Utah Jazz and Phoenix Suns in April 2021.
