Will Justin Bieber join Usher to perform in the Super Bowl LVIII half-time show?

Get ready for the biggest event of the year: Super Bowl LVIII in Las Vegas! This time, Usher will be rocking the halftime show. With the game held in Sin City and the anticipation of Usher coming to perform live, anticipation for the Super Bowl this year was already high.

However, it is going to get more heightened as reports emerge that a global star might join Usher in the halftime show performance.

Will Justin Bieber appear at Super Bowl LVIII with Usher?

Usher and Justin Bieber didn’t confirm the possibility of Justin coming for the halftime show. But we do know that Usher announced he would bring special guests to the game during the performance. Usher previously teased special guests for the performance, and recent reports suggest Bieber might be the one. This potential reunion would be significant, considering Bieber’s past association with Usher as his mentor and their successful collaborations.

TMZ reported that the Grammy-winning singer directly contacted Justin Bieber to ask him to sing together at the big game.

“Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ … USHER reached out directly to Bieber about performing. We’re told there were no handlers involved on either side … they talked directly to each other.”

The outlet reported that they also had no idea whether the deal had been finalized between them or not. But at least it is confirmed that Usher is trying to bring Justin to the Super Bowl stage.

Justin Bieber and Usher have a long history, as they collaborated on multiple songs, including “Somebody To Love.” The Grammy-winner singer has been a big part of Justin’s success and has been credited with helping him get into the music world.

However, Justin hasn’t performed in the last two years. The global star was doing a world tour, which he had to stop as he was diagnosed with a neurological condition that causes facial paralysis. But he did perform recently after two years in Toronto, which increases the possibility of Justin coming for the halftime show.

Recently, Apple Music, which sponsors the halftime show, released a short film titled “Where’s Usher?” which hinted that Ludacris and Lil Jon would also join Usher for the big performance, but Justin was not in the video.

So, it’s not confirmed yet, but the possibility of Justin Bieber coming for the Super Bowl halftime show will make it bigger and help the NFL break the records of viewership like last year with so many grand stars present in the stadium

Usher and Alicia Keys booked for Super Bowl half-time show

While it is not confirmed whether Bieber will join Usher or not, Alicia Keys is confirmed to join the Grammy-winner singer for the Super Bowl half-time show. It is reported that she will be a featured guest for the performance and has already rehearsed inside Allegiant Stadium.

“Sources close to the production confirm eyewitness accounts that AK rehearsed with Usher inside Allegiant Stadium on Thursday,” TMZ Hip Hop wrote.

Alicia Keys is a sixteen-time Grammy winner and won her most recent Grammy this year for Best Immersive Audio Album for The Diary of Alicia Keys.

There is a possibility that Alicia Keys will perform “My Boo” with the Grammy-winner singer, their first song together, which became a megahit on the Billboard Hot 100.

Usher is collaborating with multiple big singers for the halftime show to fulfill his promise of making this performance the best.

“It’s an honor of a lifetime to finally check a Super Bowl performance off my bucket list,” Usher said in a statement. “I can’t wait to bring the world a show unlike anything else they’ve seen from me before.”

The Super Bowl LVIII will kick off at 6:30 p.m. ET in Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas and fans will need to wait for the big day to find out whether Justin Bieber will make his first appearance in the Super Bowl game or not.
