Oklahoma City did a good job of defending the possession. When 1.8 seconds appeared on the backboard, Isaiah Joe bailed out Maxey by bumping him. Such plays marred the Thunder’s evening, which ended in a 127-123 defeat.
“I just thought we didn’t have our best punch in terms of our physical output, mental,” Thunder’s coach Mark Daigneault said. “It certainly wasn’t the best we could play. “That hasn’t been who we are to this point in the season,” he added.

NBC News, upon seeking comment, reported that Bass “offered no further information” about the investigation. When PEOPLE contacted the NBA and the Oklahoma City Thunder for comment on Saturday, neither organization responded promptly.
An anonymous social media user, who has since deleted their account, allegedly claimed to have seen Giddey in pictures and videos with a high school junior, according to the Associated Press. Giddey and Thunder coach Mark Daigneault refrained from speaking with reporters during a practice on Friday. “I understand the question, obviously, but there’s no further comment right now,” Giddey told reporters.
