The name Tom Brady since he arrived at the NFL, has never failed to make headlines. However, everything has to end at some point, and with TB12’s latest video, the fans might not see any more headlines about Brady, the quarterback.
What happened to Tom Brady?
Earlier this morning, Tom Brady came out with a video claiming that he was saying goodbye to his quarterback life “for good.” Meaning he is retiring for the second. In the video, Brady says, “Good morning, guys. I’ll get to the point right away. I’m retiring for good. I know the process was a pretty big deal last time. So, when I woke up this morning, I figured I’d just press record and let you guys know first so. I won’t be long-winded. You only get one super emotional retirement essay, and I used mine up last year.”
“I really thank you guys so much to everyone single one of you for supporting me. My family, my friends, my teammates, my competitors… I can go on forever. There are too many. Thank you, guys, for allowing me to live my absolute dream.” TB12 added before ending his statement, saying, “I wouldn’t change a thing.”

Last year, Tom announced his retirement only to change his mind within forty days. Afterward, he tried his best to perform in the Buccaneers team. However, this was not the same team Brady had played in the previous years. This season, the Bucs lacked in their offensive lineup and barely made it to the Wild Card round thanks to the efforts of the NFL GOAT, TB12.
Moving to the Wild Card game, the Buccaneers appeared to be quite ordinary in the form of the charged-up Cowboys team, which played phenomenal football throughout the season. Brady haters quickly jumped in, blaming the legend for the loss and pressuring him to retire. Tom was already going through a lot getting divorced from his wife, Gisele Bündchen, earlier this year.
