Chiefs’ QB Patrick Mahomes’ adorable daughter Sterling steals spotlight as she joins her dad’s training session

The renowned football family, known as the First Family of Football, is making a comeback! The Kansas City Chiefs have resumed their training sessions, and their star quarterback, Patrick Mahomes, had some delightful company in the weight room. His wife, Brittany Mahomes, and their adorable two-year-old daughter, Sterling, were present, adding an extra dose of sweetness to the scene.

Brittany took to Instagram and shared a carousel of seven heartwarming photos featuring their little one.

Sterling could be seen hanging from a barbell, sitting on the treadmill, and attentively watching her father’s workout routine. Brittany captioned the post with the words, “‘I go to work with daddy’,” showcasing their special bond and the joy of being part of the training session.

Patrick Mahomes has a growing family. He and his wife, Brittany Matthews Mahomes, welcomed their first child, a daughter named Sterling Skye, on February 20, 2021. 

The couple announced in May 2022 that they were expecting another child, and in November of that year, they welcomed a son named Patrick “Bronze” Lavon Mahomes III. Patrick is a proud father of two kids.

How old is Sterling?

The couple recently celebrated the second birthday of Sterling in February. She is two years old but is already a Fashionista. Her mother keeps posting her pictures and videos in cute outfits which fans can’t adore a lot. 

These pictures of her joining her father in the training session also went viral and fans find the father-daughter duo extremely cute. 

When did Chiefs’ OTA session begin?

The Kansas City Chiefs have begun their OTA  session, marking the start of the team’s third phase in their offseason program. The OTA sessions for the team’s 2023 off-season program are scheduled from May 22 to May 24. These activities are part of the team’s preparations for the upcoming season.

Following the initial OTA session, the Chiefs have two more scheduled sessions from May 30 to June 1 and June 6 to June 9, completing a 10-day practice allotment. Afterward, the team will have their mandatory minicamp from June 13 to June 15, which concludes their off-season program. Head coach Andy Reid and his coaching staff are working diligently to prepare the team for the upcoming season during these sessions. 

As Sterling continues to accompany her father during training sessions, her presence will undoubtedly continue to inspire and uplift both Mahomes and his legion of fans, leaving an indelible mark on the world of sports and reminding us all of the power of family and love.
