With the Chiefs, the star player won his first Super Bowl in 2018 against the 49-ers by catching 6 passes for 43 receiving yards. Travis won his second Super Bowl, hauling in six passes on six targets for 81 yards and a score this season against the Eagles.

Does Travis Kelce want to be a player like Rob Gronkowski?

Kelce talked about his 2013 draft stumble to The Dan Patrick Show during a recent appearance. While discussing a point, he publicly stated that he tried to be like Rob throughout his career. The answer came when Patrick asked him,

Even though he has only won two super bowls so far, the 33-year-old does not want to stop there. He quickly responded to Patrick’s question by saying that he wanted to bag four super bawls like Gronkowski.

“Surpass? Aw man, I just want to get as many Super Bowls as he does,” he replied.

This season,  Killa Trav played exceptionally well, earning him a Pro Bowl invitation for the eighth time and a fourth-straight All-Pro nod for his efforts. He, nevertheless, proclaimed that winning the Super Bowl is everything to him. If the guy can stand up in the row of winning four Super Bowls like Rob, he could potentially compete by himself.

“If I do that, I’ve at least, in my mind, leveled the playing field. I think championships mean everything.”

The tight end has a large frame and plenty of physical strength, as a result, he ranks fifth among tight ends with 69 touchdown catches and fifth among tight ends with 814 career receptions.
