Derrick Henry’s secret energy drink gets revealed amid Titans RB’s Peyton Manning comparison

Derrick Henry, the Tennessee Titans running back, is considered a triple threat in the league because of his unremarkable agility and swiftness on the field. In a recent game against the Cincinnati Bengals, he played incredibly well, once again leading his team to victory. 

After the game, the quarterback shared his similarities with Peyton Manning. Amid this controversy, intriguing details about the secret energy drink of Derrick Henry were also revealed.

In a recent game against the Bengals, Derrick Henry had an outstanding performance, carrying the ball 22 times for 122 yards and scoring a rushing touchdown.

Henry is not just an exceptional rusher but also a versatile player who can impact the passing game. In 2022, he achieved a career-high in receiving yards. 

Surprisingly, Derrick Henry also showcased his passing skills in Week 4, throwing his fourth-career touchdown pass to rookie tight end Josh Whyle.

After the game, the RB playfully invoked Peyton Manning and compared himself to the Hall of Fame quarterback.

“You know Peyton Manning had to show up again,” said Henry.

In response, Peyton Manning humorously mentioned that he could’ve been known as “a young Derrick Henry” during his playing days.

Titans RB’s secret energy drink

Mia Burleson has recently revealed in a video that the Titans running back’s secret energy drink is nothing special but milk. Derrick Henry simply drinks milk after every practice. 

“After workout practices and games the Titan’s star running back drinks milk to help his body recover,” said Mia.

The 29-year-old is already called King in the game but Mia proposed another nickname for him, “the Milkman.”

She explained that the running back used to drink gallons of milk when he was a kid. “This all started when Derrick was a king and he was known to down a gallon of milk after practice.”

She also added that his grandmother told him that drinking milk would make his bones stronger. It seems like the running back is still following his grandmother’s orders.

Mia ended the video by saying, “Milk really does do the body good.”

Given the talents and skills of Derrick Henry and the way he runs in the field, it is clear that milk is very good for your body. So the secret energy drink of one of the star running backs in the NFL is already out, guys.
