Patrick Mahomes has consistently chosen to remain neutral on political matters. In contrast, his wife, Brittany Mahomes, and his mother, Randi Mahomes, have expressed their political views publicly. They have often shown public support for Donald Trump in the past.
Until now, it was unclear if Trump knew it or admired the Mahomes family for their support and loyalty. But in a candid interview, he personally acknowledged it.
President Donald Trump recently shared his candid thoughts about Patrick Mahomes’ family during an interview with Clay Travis of OutKick. He praised Mahomes’ wife and mother for their loyalty and support, calling them “great women.”
Trump said, “I love those two women – they’re so great. And they’re so loyal. They’re so great. I met Patrick’s mother at the game, before the game started she came over. And Brittany, I’ve seen so much of Brittany, just being so loyal and beautiful. It’s really nice.”

Such acknowledgment also shows Trump’s respect for the Chiefs star’s family. If we connect the dots, it’s understandable why he loves the Chiefs and supported the team in Super Bowl 59. Although Patrick Mahomes’ family is not the sole reason for his support, it certainly plays a logical and emotional part.
But Donald Trump supports Chiefs because he doesn’t like Eagles
Donald Trump has had some disagreements with the Philadelphia Eagles, even before attending Super Bowl LIX. During his presidency from 2017 to 2021, he often criticized the team and its players.
I really hope the rumors are true that the Eagles are going to turn down the invitation to visit Donald Trump after he gaslit the team in 2018 for kneeling to the national anthem when they didn’t and disinvited them from the visiting White House. pic.twitter.com/MT0NgLIV5k

One major incident occurred in 2018 when Trump disinvited the Eagles from visiting the White House after some players refused to attend due to concerns about racial injustice. Trump tweeted his disappointment, calling the players “disrespectful” and canceling the visit.
