Drake makes $512K profit on his ‘psychotic’ bet on Chiefs winning Super Bowl LVII vs Eagles

Drake is a famous Canadian rapper known for his amazing songs as well as his habit of gambling. Over the years, the 36-year-old has dropped some beautiful songs. On the other hand, he has placed his hands on bets that might seem illogical.

However, he often proves his critics wrong by winning “Big” on those bets.

Super Bowl LVII ended with Kansas City Chiefs lifting the Vince Lombardy Trophy for the second time in four years and Patrick Mahomes winning the MVP. However, the real winner is Drake. The Super Bowl passed, and Drake not betting on the event would be uncharacteristic of the rapper. Like other mega events, he made bets on the Super Bowl.

Which team did Drake bet on and why?

Since last month the rapper has been rooting and betting on only one team, the Kansas City Chiefs. The musician appears to be one of Kansas City’s die-hard fans. However, while explaining in an Instagram photo why he is betting on the team, Drake wrote, “My psychotic bets for Sunday are in @stake šŸ¤žšŸ½šŸ˜ˆ pls do not analyze the logic behind these bets there is none šŸ˜¤”

The 36-year-old is an experienced gambler, and though he calls it his “psychotic bets,” the rapper knows what he is doing. Even before the match, Patrick Mahomes was named MVP, so the rapper did not hesitate to bet on him.

Furthermore, he used a double-edged sword- even though the musician tested his luck with Mahomes, he also bet on Juju Smith-Schuster to score the first touchdown- to be on the safe side. At the end of the day, Drake won $512K as he invested $965k on the bets and later received $1.477 million.

Except for entertaining massive crowds, Drake sure knows how to win “Big,” and he proved his luck by picking out the champions. After the game ended, Drake shared a photo of his TV screen while Mahomes and Kelce were on it. The rapper wrote on his Instagram story, “Pay that man his MONEYYYYYYY Eddie @Stake.”
