Rumors have been spiraling over an alleged relationship between Pop Star, Shakira, and Mercedes Driver, Lewis Hamilton for a while. Allegations surfaced claiming that Hamilton and Shakira are planning a vacation in the Caribbean, fuelling talks of a romantic relationship between the celebrities.
The Colombian superstar was seen cheering on the 7-time world champion at the Circuit de Barcelona Catalunya, the situation continued to develop as they were photographed together on a boat trip prior to the Miami Grand Prix. Their appearances together have heated up the chances of a relationship.
Lewis Hamilton and Shakira’s dating rumors
Jordi Martin, a Spanish journalist who claims to be close with the Colombian singer believes Shakira is intensifying her bond with the British driver after splitting with former Barcelona defender, Gerard Pique. Jordi claims that Hamilton and Shakira may be planning a romantic Caribbean getaway in the future.
“Hamilton and Shakira are planning to go on holiday together and I already know the destination,” Martin said on Amor y Fuego a TV show.
Jodi further added, “It’s a Caribbean country, a short trip of about an hour. I have people who are close to Shakira and they have been meeting this week and she has told them that she is excited and happy.”
However, neither Shakira nor Hamilton has officially confirmed any claims of a relationship between them, leaving their relationship unlabelled.

Amid the dating rumors, the 7-time world champion had claimed he will ‘win again’ in due time. The Britons’ last win was at the 2021 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, and the 2022 season was unsuccessful as the driver did not win a single race.
Despite the stale season, Hamilton has had a competitive 2023 season. A close battle between Lewis and Aston Martin driver, Fernando Alonso at the Canadian GP had both the drivers and many fans hoping for future battles for the title.
