Gerard Pique and Shakira have continually made headlines in the news since their high-profile divorce. Now there has been another development in the case.
After the high profile break up of famous Colombian singer Shakira and soccer player Pique, every journalist in the world is looking at every movement of the pair. They even camp outside the singer’s house to capture some newsworthy content.
Gerard Pique had cheated on Shakira with Clara Chia Marti and after the breakup with the singer, is now pursuing a serious relationship with Clara. The Spaniard retired from football at the end of last year and is now completely devoted to the Kings League, a seven-a-side soccer tournament.
Soon after the breakup both of the celebrities have been in the limelight for the wrong reasons.
Bizarrap’s ‘Music Sessions #53’ featuring Shakira was a short music video where Shakira fired shots at both Pique and his new partner with lines like, “A she-wolf like me ain’t for dudes like you”, “You traded a Ferrari for a Twingo?”, “You traded a Rolex for a Casio?” Funnily enough, Pique drove to his new workplace in a Twingo car and even announced a partnership with Casio for his soccer tournament Kings League.
Why doesn’t Clara want Gerard Pique to meet his ex-wife and kids?
Shakira relocated to Miami with both of her children around a month ago. The singer mostly desired to escape the public spotlight.
However, relocating to America hasn’t helped much because every news headline still mentions one of them. Gerard Pique recently paid his children Milan and Sasha a visit to Miami. He allegedly flew immediately to Miami following his secret vacation with Clara Chia Marti.
However, recent reports about Pique’s new partner have surfaced.
The new girlfriend is allegedly upset because Pique continues to see his ex-partner and children. This obvious issue has piqued the interest of many people on social media.
Pique and Shakira reached a separation arrangement that allows him to visit his children 10 days each month. He will undoubtedly visit Miami at least once a month for his kids. Aside from that, he will see his children during the year’s various academic breaks. Shakira seemed to have no objections to Pique meeting the kids at those times.
Jordi Martin, a well-known journalist, has reported on the issue. He alleges that Chia Marti is opposed to Pique’s frequent contact with the children and their mother. But he also claims that she must eventually accept this situation as Pique will not give up on his kids and that Shakira will always be a part of his life.
More recent reports suggest that Pique and Clara are planning to get married soon. This would certainly anger Shakira as this could mean Clara could have some interaction with their kids. As such, we could expect some new developments in this case again.
