Giants’ vet RB Eli Manning advises Kelce Brothers discussing Eagles vs Chiefs Super Bowl LVII

The Super Bowl is a time of the year for football fans to come together and witness the greatest athletes in the world compete for glory. This year, it has taken on a whole new level of excitement as two of the NFL’s biggest stars, Travis Kelce and Jason Kelce, will be facing each other as rivals in what promises to be an unforgettable showdown.

For the first time in the history of the Super Bowl, a pair of siblings will play against each other in the NFL. As the world prepares to tune in and watch the Kelce brothers battle it out on the field, Eli Manning recently shared his thoughts on sibling rivalries in the NFL.

“It will be nerve-racking, obviously, for the parents,” former NFL quarterback and two-time Super Bowl champion shared.

When asked about the upcoming match between Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce and Kansas City Chiefs Travis Kelce, Manning also discussed his own experiences with sibling rivalries.”Peyton and I always pushed each other to be better, on and off the field. It’s that healthy competition that helps drive you to success,” he said.

Eli himself played against his brother but they never reached the same Super Bowl, and never put their mother in such an intricate position, where one will be hoisting the trophy at the other one’s expense. He shared that it’s not easy to compete especially when it’s the Super Bowl. It is a lot different than normal games.

While fans will enjoy this type of rivalry it will be very difficult for the parents of Kelce’s brothers to cope with this situation. “I assume it’s hard to be so happy for one child when the other one is going through a tough moment,” Eli Manning stated.

He acknowledged the game will be challenging because it’s the last one and the stakes are quite high. It becomes more challenging for both brothers because of the strain to avoid losing.

Even though both the brothers have won the Super Bowl before in their careers, the defeat will still be hard for both of them.

He has some advice for the Kelce brothers as they head into the biggest game of their careers. He stated since both players play on offense, that makes it a little bit easier. They just need to support the offense, supporting situations in which high-scoring attack scores every time.

“Just enjoy the moment, don’t get too caught up in the rivalry, and most importantly, have fun,” he added. The Kelce brothers have a chance to make history in this year’s Super Bowl, and whatever the outcome, they will always have each other’s backs.
