The WWE Universe witnessed a seismic shift on Monday Night Raw as ‘Heel’ John Cena delivered a scathing promo that left the crowd of Belgium in shock.
This marked Cena’s first major appearance since his dramatic heel turn at the Elimination Chamber, where he aligned with The Rock.
Heel John Cena took center stage on WWE Raw this week. The crowd in Belgium erupted with boos and chants of “Cena Sucks.” It seemed like they wouldn’t even let Cena speak, but he didn’t back down.
Showing his ruthless aggression, Cena called out the fans, saying they never truly appreciated him. He compared his connection with them to an “abusive relationship.”
He said that no matter how much he gave, it was never enough for the fans. Cena added, “You should all be ashamed of yourselves. All you ever do is take … and you only care about yourselves. I put my values on the line to make a very important choice in my life and all you could think was ‘what do we get’? Not one of you asked me how I feel.”

This was easily one of the best segments I've ever seen in wrestling.

To make it even more intense, Cena also spoke to the fans who supported him for years, saying they just stole his time and made him a joke online.
He even called out a young fan in the crowd wearing his T-shirt, saying he was part of the toxic relationship too—leaving the child in tears.
R-Truth breaks silence on crowd booing John Cena
The Belgian crowd loudly booed John Cena during his intense promo. It didn’t sit well with some of his long-time fans, including R-Truth, who has followed Cena since his childhood. R-Truth recently shared his thoughts after Cena’s promo.
After Cena’s surprising heel turn at the Elimination Chamber, R-Truth couldn’t believe it. He said he’s still in shock that Cena, once the beloved “good guy,” has now become the villain. R-Truth called his character the “animated John Cena.”

Even now, the 53-year-old finds it difficult to accept the shift, believing that Cena’s true character remains unalterable. Reacting to the crowd’s massive boos, R-Truth took to social media, writing, “Something’s wrong… Why is everyone turning on my childhood hero @JohnCena.”
