Jason Kelce likely to miss brother Travis’ 2024 ‘Kelce Jam’ music festival ft. Lil Wayne, Diplo, 2 Chainz

Travis Kelce’s love for music has not been hidden from the world, as the TE has been dating the global music icon Taylor Swift for months now. However, his love for music has been older than that, as the TE hosted Kelce Jam, one of the biggest music festivals in Kansas City, last year.

Travis is going to host it again this year, featuring some of the iconic guests, great music, and amazing food. However, some of Travis Kelce’s family members won’t be able to attend it this year.

Jason Kelce will miss Travis’ 2024 ‘Kelce Jam’ music festival

While Travis Kelce is going to host his second Kelce Jam music festival on May 18 in Kansas City, his brother Jason Kelce won’t be able to attend it.

Jason and Travis never had a bitter sibling rivalry, despite being in the same profession. They have always been very supportive of each other, but Jason won’t be able to show up this time because of his passion for charity.

Jason Kelce will be busy helping host the Eagles Autism Challenge in Philadelphia on the same day. The former Eagles player, who recently announced his retirement, has been supporting autism charity events for a very long time.

This time as well, he is going to help host this event, which will be held on the same day as Kelce Jam. Jason promoted this charity event while encouraging his fans to show support.

“As long as you enter and come on board, you can help support Eagles Autism-related care and research. And let me tell you, this community needs it. We love your support. We’d love to see you come on out [on] May 18th. Please stop by.”

This is the only reason why Jason Kelce won’t be attending his brother’s second biggest music festival, Kelce Jam, which is going to feature some amazing stars from around the world.

2024 ‘Kelce Jam’ music festival to feature Lil Wayne, Diplo, 2 Chainz

The second iteration of Kelce Jam will occur at the Azura Amphitheater in Bonner Springs, Kansas. The event will feature renowned artists including Lil Wayne, Diplo, and 2 Chainz. Additionally, performances by Irie and E-V will complement the main acts.

Kelce Jam promises more than just music. Attendees can expect to indulge in “KC’s best BBQ” and partake in various interactive experiences, creating a vibrant atmosphere.

Travis Kelce expressed his enthusiasm for the festival’s return and his efforts to curate a lineup that appeals to a wide audience.

“When it came to this year’s lineup, I wanted to keep it fresh, keep it new and keep everybody coming back for something.”

He highlighted his connection to the headlining artists and emphasized the joy of sharing the event with the supportive Kansas City community.

“We got Lil Wayne – Tunechi — who’s been one of my favorites since I was in high school. 2 Chainz as well, another one that’s been one of my favorites since high school. And then Diplo, who I’ve gotten to know, and I’ve gotten to appreciate his music so much.”

Last year, the Kelce Jam was held in celebration of the Chiefs’ Super Bowl victory over the Philadelphia Eagles. It featured memorable moments, including Travis Kelce’s viral trophy spike during a performance with Machine Gun Kelly.

His mother, Donna Kelce, also made a memorable appearance on stage during the previous Kelce Jam. This year, she is expected to attend; however, Jason Kelce and Taylor Swift won’t be attending.

While Jason is busy with charity work, Taylor, Travis’ girlfriend, will be unable to attend the festival due to her Eras Tour commitments. Despite that, the anticipation for the Kelce Jam is at its peak, with the fans in Kansas City eagerly waiting to enjoy the festival with their favorite NFL star and great music icons.
