NFL analyst highlights ex-Cardinals WR DeAndre Hopkins’ impact, defies claims of decline: “They’re all going to get better with him on the field”

As the new season is approaching, the potential trade rumor of the former Arizona Cardinals wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins is hitting the headlines constantly with some fans and analysts projecting a bright future for the WR and some turning into his critics to find out his potential cons in the upcoming season.

Hopkins himself took to Twitter to respond to his haters and amid that, a popular NFL analyst strongly highlighted the three-time All-Pro star’s significant impact on the field and defied any claims of a decline in his performance.

NFL analyst showers praise on DeAndre

The popular NFL analyst Brian Baldinger is one of those who believe Hopkins at 31 can still play brilliantly and he doesn’t foresee a diminishing performance for the elite wide receiver.

“He was suspended last year. He only played nine games last year. He has been healthy throughout his career. He had monster years. I don’t see a drop-off.”

Brian lauded the former First-team All-Pro for his excellent athleticism on the field and broke down some records from his 2022 campaign to prove why is still considered one of the greatest players in the league.

The Kansas City Chiefs, Buffalo Bills, New England Patriots, and Cleveland Browns are rumored to be the next destination of the five-time Pro Bowler and the analyst believes the team that will pick, will get better only.

“I don’t care what team out of the 31 teams (not Arizona) that would sign him, they’re all going to get better with him on the field.”

Is DeAndre Hopkins a good receiver?

The perennial All-Pro wide receiver is undoubtedly one of the NFL’s most elusive receivers when active and healthy as he recorded 700 yards in nine games last season despite facing major setbacks in the last two years due to injuries and a suspension for PEDs.

The ex-Cardinals star recorded 11,000 receiving yards in his ten pro seasons as well as collected six 1,000-yard receiving seasons. He also holds the mark of having three seasons with over 100 receptions along with 1,400 yards and was the fifth-most-heavily-used wide receiver in the league for the weeks he played in the 2022 NFL season. With these phenomenal records, D-Hop can be easily regarded as the most elite wide receiver in the history of the NFL.
