Russell Westbrook lights up 35th birthday party with dance moves despite NBA analyst’s brutal warning to Clippers

The Los Angeles Clippers star Russell Westbrook is one of the hardest working guys in the NBA. He possesses great speed and athletic abilities, despite being injury prone.

Russell Westbrook is often criticized for being one of the most polarizing players in the league and also receives a lot of hatred from basketball fans. However, he doesn’t let the negativity bother him and does his work with perseverance and dedication. Russ recently celebrated his 35th Birthday party with his friends and family and lit up the floor with his dance moves.

Russell Westbrook’s epic birthday dance

Russell Westbrook and his spouse, Nina, enjoyed a lively dance party to commemorate Russell’s 35th birthday. The pair, who have been together since they were college basketball players, celebrated Russel’s birthday with joy and made priceless memories.

The next day, Nina posted a touching video of the couple’s memorable dance moment to Instagram. They danced on the dance floor hand in hand, totally engrossed in the celebration of Westbrook’s birthday. Russ’s family and friends, including Los Angeles rapper and singer Blxst, created an electrifying atmosphere that reverberated throughout the event. Nina gave it her all and danced, despite her hilarious admission that she doesn’t dance much.

Russ and Nina have a sweet story together that began when they met in 2007 while they were both UCLA college basketball players. Nina committed herself to her studies, eventually earning a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in clinical psychology, while Westbrook went on to become the fourth pick in the 2008 NBA Draft. She is currently employed as a licensed family and marriage therapist.

Analyst warns Clippers of possible challenges with Westbrook

The Clippers have now lost 5 games in a row which includes 4 games with the newcomer James Harden. It’s obvious that head coach Ty Lue will need to make some changes in the future.

According to NBA insider Tim MacMahon, there is a problem with the current combination of Harden and Westbrook that needs to be fixed right away. “Harden and Russ are not compatible… One of those dudes has to come off the bench and I’m just telling you, if it’s Russ, I think it’s gonna be pretty messy,” MacMahon said on the Hoop Collective, according to Basketball on X.

Given how similar Harden and Westbrook are as players, it’s possible that the Clippers will suffer more from having them play together. One of them will have to settle for a bench role if Lue determines that to be the case. While Westbrook has only occasionally filled the role of a bench player during his time with the Los Angeles Lakers, Harden has never done so.
