Lillard, who apparently is now on a “working vacation” in ‘the City of Light’ Paris, was at a club when the DJ, by all accounts, decided to make fun of his iffy and well-documented circumstances, as Goodwin previously mentioned. “The music was just a coincidence,” Goodwin said to the reporters. “Damian’s not disrespectful. He’s not an instigator, so he’s not going to do anything out of character.”

“There would be no reason for him to do that. That’s why he laughed (in the video). It’s a funny coincidence that a DJ would put that on.” Goodwin estimated that Lillard went live for a total of 15 minutes.
The DJ continued with the Whitney “The Prom Queen of Soul” Houston classic “I Wanna Dance With Somebody” a mega chart-buster that includes the lyric, “I wanna feel the Heat with somebody.” in addition to the song “Miami.”
But make no mistake, the online community’s intense desire for information regarding Lillard’s mindset has its roots in a very genuine circumstance. The “Big Game Dame’s” future in Portland has been up in the air for a while, and the Heat has long been seen as the team most likely to acquire him should he ever decide to request a trade.
