Tom Brady’s major investment in MLP serves as solid evidence of NFL star’s desire to hang up his boots

Tom Braddy’s future plans are a hot topic of discussion amidst his retirement. It seems the star player is likely to follow in the footsteps of some NBA legends.

Brady has decided to acquire a Major League Pickleball franchise, not quite a month after LeBron James made a similar announcement. It seems that another GOAT has been added to Major League Pickleball (MLP).

The Super Bowl winner Tom Brady and former tennis great Kim Clijsters are heading an ownership group that has bought an expansion club for the 2023 MLP season. They are following the lead of James, Kevin Love, Drew Brees, and other athletes and non-athlete celebs who have recently embraced the sport.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback stated in a recent post, “Look, I’ve been trying to find a way to extend my professional sports career beyond my 40s. Even into my 50’s, 60’s… 70’s! As long as I can, right? I think I have the answer, and everyone else seems to have it too. Pickleball!”.

“I am super excited to announce that I am officially joining the MLP family. We’re going to keep bringing awareness of this to the whole country, to the whole world”, he went on.

It is expected that there will be 40 million pickleball players worldwide by the year 2030. To sweeten the pot, in 2023 the MLP (Major League Pickleball) will be doling out $2 million.

As per all indications, Tom Brady has discovered a new love in his life, albeit a platonic one. The goat of the NFL couldn’t hold his excitement and made a social media hype video in which he declares his footsteps in the greatest sport ever.

In the meanwhile, Brady is planning for the future by making one of his greatest investments. He has previously stated his intention to hang up his boots, yet he continues to play for the Bucs anyhow. Many of his fans believe it might be his last season as he tries to win yet another Super Bowl.
