“I feel like my best known [trait] is I’m just a playmaker. Very versatile inside and outside… I feel like one of my best things is stretching the field and just making plays out of short routes, intermediate routes…”, Mims said to Zac Stevens of DNVR Sports.

The 5-foot-11 WR expressed confidence to go up and high point balls at the NFL Combine citing he possesses incredible jumping skills and is ready to showcase his capabilities to the fullest no matter what he has to do for that despite being an undersized player.

“I played a lot of basketball growing up, AAU, all that stuff. Never a big guy. I always had amazing jumping skills, so getting rebounds, all that stuff. And just when the football’s in the air, I mean, just the way I look at it, I’m going to come down with it no matter what, no matter what I have to do”, he said.

Mims passed an amazing season in the Oklahoma Sooners this past fall as he surpassed the 1,000-yard mark for the first time, with 1,083 yards and six touchdowns on 54 catches, and concluded his career as the eighth-most productive receiver in program history with the record of 123 receptions for 2,398 yards and 20 touchdowns.

Before enrolling himself for the Sooners, the 21-year-old got recruited by Notre Dame and TCU, and became the first receiver in Oklahoma history to grab multiple Freshman All-American honors.

Overall, the Broncos’ young star is poised to make a strong debut in the NFL and make a difference in the lives of those around him. Marvin’s confidence and versatility will no doubt be valuable assets to the team as they look to build on their successes from previous seasons.

Broncos fans can look forward to seeing his versatility in action and his commitment to making a difference both on and off the field.
