Patrick Mahomes’ practice footage emerges as his recovery from ankle injury ahead of AFC Championship vs Bengals Kw: Patrick Mahomes

The moment when a player returns from an injury that moment makes fans happy. Patrick Mahomes showed a positive sign to his questionable return.

Andy Reid, head coach of the Kansas City Chiefs, revealed on Wednesday that quarterback Patrick Mahomes had gone through the morning walkthrough and will be taking part in the afternoon workout.

Fortunately, a video has surfaced showing the quarterback stretching and running, leading some to believe that Patrick will be OK to play in Sunday’s AFC Championship game.

On Sunday, the Kansas City Chiefs will take on the Cincinnati Bengals, with the former hoping to make their second consecutive Super Bowl appearance and the latter hoping to make it their third overall.

As a result of a tackle made during Sunday’s victory against the Jacksonville Jaguars, Mahomes suffered a high ankle sprain and might perhaps miss this weekend’s game.

But the video down below seems to contradict that…

An additional piece of video showing the QB leaving a press conference might be deemed proof.

Mahomes’s participation seems certain at this point. All of the foregoing, plus the fact that he played in the second quarter of the Jags game after being hurt in the first, should be sufficient evidence.
