Lionel Messi, after rejecting both a deal from ex-club Barcelona and a $1.5 billion Saudi deal, has confirmed his move to Inter Miami. It is expected that Messi will move into his expensive condo in Miami now that he has decided to join the Major League Soccer club.

After months of speculation about his future, Lionel Messi has a new club in the MLS. The Argentine confirmed that he has decided to leave European football to join David Beckham’s Inter Miami. When his current contract with Paris Saint Germain ends on June 30, he will become an official Inter Miami player.

Now that Messi is in Miami, many are wondering where the Argentine will live with his family. But, Messi had already bought a luxurious condo in the city a long time ago.

Spanish media Cadena Ser reported that Messi bought the apartment in the Porsche Design Tower back in 2019. It reportedly cost the Argentine around $7.3 million.

The Porsche Design Tower was opened in 2017

The Porsche Design Tower, erected in 2017, is the ideal location for the family to make their home in America. The forward wishes for his three children to attend high school in the United States before attending university. So, the apartment will be good enough for them.

The 60-story tower is located between Aventura and Bal Harbour. It is just 25 minutes away from the Inter Miami stadium, making sure Messi has no difficulty going to training and matches. 

Both Gonzalo Higuain and Blaise Matuidi also lived in the same building during their time playing for Inter Miami in 2020.

Inside the multimillion floor at 19575 Collins Ave

The Porsche Design Tower is located at 19575 Collins Ave. And when you see the many features of the apartment, you will quickly realize why Messi easily spent so much money on it.

It provides homeowners with breathtaking views of the surrounding region, including Miami Beach, which is only a few minutes away. Messi’s apartment is on the 9th floor, giving them a magnificent view of the city.

The apartment consists of four bedrooms and six bathrooms, fully accommodating both Messi and his wife Antonela Rocuzzo, along with their three children Thiago, Mateo, and Ciro Messi.

The tower contains a lift for residents' cars

The building has three specialized lifts that are specifically constructed for residents’ automobiles, allowing the owners to store their cars in their own apartments. In addition to car lifts, the apartment features its own private restaurant and an outdoor terrace with a view of the sea. The terrace is quite big being almost 2,100 square feet, with a separate BBQ place.

The terrace also hold a separate BBQ area.

Messi’s stunning new house also has an inbuilt theatre, mini golf course, and racing simulators, providing ideal relaxation options for his family. The apartment also boasts a 1000 bottle wine cooler.
