Jade Cargill has been absent from SmackDown since the November 22, 2024 episode. During that episode, she was viciously attacked backstage, which resulted in multiple serious injuries
The identity of the attacker has remained a mystery for over two months. However, new footage from SmackDown is now shedding light on who may be behind this shocking attack.
On the February 14, 2025 episode of SmackDown, WWE General Manager Nick Aldis showed new footage. The clip showed Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez walking away from the scene, making fans wonder if they were involved. But it wasn’t clear if they were the ones who attacked Jade or just in the wrong place.

Naomi and Bianca Belair were also present while showing the footage. They decided to go to Monday Night Raw to confront Morgan and Rodriguez. Naomi seemed quite upset, saying she was tired of being blamed for the attack, but the investigation is still ongoing.
Jade Cargill teases WWE return with mysterious post
Last month, Jade Cargill made fans wonder if she was coming back to WWE by posting a bloody photo on social media. The first photo, shared before Christmas, showed her covered in blood.
Then, on January 1, she posted another picture, also bloody, standing outside with no words. Fans quickly started guessing what it meant. Some thought it could be a hint about Doja Cat’s album “Scarlet,” which represents change and new beginnings.
