“Boy making excuses”: Fans ridicule Ryan Garcia’s allegation that Gervonta Davis sent “mole” to his training camp after his catastrophic KO loss

Gervonta Davis put on a defining performance in the highly anticipated match of the year on Saturday night, ultimately delivering a devastating blow to Ryan Garcia in the seventh round to secure a knockout victory.

The sold-out crowd at Las Vegas’ T-Mobile Arena watched as the three-division champion, 28, knocked Garcia down in the second round before landing a precise hook to the ribs to end the fight in the seventh.

The pre-fight tension between the two fighters occasionally boiled over, adding to the blockbuster’s overall drama. In the aftermath of the bout, Garcia has suggested that he felt “weak” against Davis, possibly due to the rehydration clause in their agreement.

King Ryan made a claim on social media that a member of his training team may have leaked important information to Davis. He also identified Tsendbaatar Erdenebat, an undefeated professional boxer and former Olympian.

King Ryan has accused Davis’ team of receiving information about Garcia’s injury, which was caused by his sparring partner, Erdenebat. Supporting Ryan’s allegations, Erdenebat shared a video on Twitter in which he admits to being responsible for Garcia’s injury during training.

Ryan Garcia expressed his relief that the information has been made public.

“Actually sad I had a mole in my training camp. Like wtf…. That’s crazy. Thank God it’s brought to light now.”

Garcia clarified that the recent revelation is not an excuse for their defeat to Davis.

“Also didn’t mean that to come off as an excuse or anything. I lost period. I’ll come back but I’m just shocked that part of my team crossed me…. someone close to me. Unbelievable! But it’s a testimony that you must be aware of everyone.”

Conor McGregor was fascinated by the fight between Ryan Garcia and Gervonta Davis

All the respect in the world to you. You’re the future, you’re the future of this game, and I’m going to watch you all the way.”

Following his first professional loss, Ryan is now back to square one. His record now stands at 23-1 after Davis delivered a devastating body shot that left Garcia on his knees and ended the fight in the seventh round.
