The mixed martial arts community couldn’t contain their excitement and took to social media to shower love and applaud the fighter.

Pereira purchased a brand new Blue Lamborghini Huracan Performante, which cost him around 274,390 dollars. He shared happy moment on his Instagram account as well uploading a picture, captioning it “Gift from God.”

Fans were excited and astonished, and they flocked to his post to express their love. Conor McGregor as well as the new middleweight champion Sean Strickland also congratulated Pereira. McGregor commented a single “folded hands  emoji”, while Strickland commented “LFG” which can be roughly translated to “Let fucking Go.”

Alex decided to change his life in 2009 when he started training for kickboxing. As soon as he got into combat sports, his success story began to gain momentum. Poatan dominated the Glory Kickboxing events and became the middleweight champion back in 2017.

The Brazilian fighter defended his title 5 times and even went on to win the light heavyweight championship. He made his debut in the UFC with a remarkable second round technical knockout against Andreas Michailidis. His magic moment in UFC came at UFC 281 when he clinched a win against Israel Adesanya winning the middleweight championship.
