Conor McGregor’s alleged punch, kick ‘assault’ victim’s car torched by arsonists in Dublin

Conor McGregor has not had a very good start to 2023. The Irish superstar was already in hot waters for allegedly assaulting a woman at his Yacht just off the Spanish coastline. In the meantime, he got into an accident and nearly lost his life.

Now that some Arsonists have set fire to the woman’s car, things could take a turn for the UFC veteran.

Irish Police has released a statement on the matter, “Gardai are investigating a suspected criminal damage by fire incident that occurred at approximately 10pm on Thursday, January 19, 2023 at a residential premises in Drimnagh, Dublin 12. No injuries were reported during the course of this incident. No arrests have been made at this stage. Investigations are ongoing.”

Earlier the victim’s mother talked about the suspected assault, “We have photos of her injuries, and they will be part of the case, she wouldn’t like me talking about it without her permission. We just want to wait and see what happens with the court case.”

It’s unclear if Conor was involved in any direct or indirect fashion with this incident but people who are familiar with the former champion wouldn’t be surprised by either. The rumors of ‘Mystic Mac’ being involved with and even getting into trouble with the Irish mafia go way back. Some suspect he later paid off potential aggressors and made peace.

How have things been going for Conor McGregor in recent years?

It seems like the ‘Notorious’ fighter has been going through a series of misfortunes throughout recent years. At first, he tried to play a nice guy in the second match against Dusting Poirier. But then he lost the fight and went back to his former characteristics for the third face-off but came out of the match defeated and a messed up leg injury.

Since that point, Conor got accused of using steroids, had his long-time friend Artem Lobov file a lawsuit against him over the ownership of ‘Proper-12’, suffered another lawsuit for defamation, nearly died in a bike accident, lost his place in the rankings, and so on.

We sincerely hope the former champion rethinks his life choices.
