The German Champions are in discussion with the player’s agent to secure the talent. Regretful news is also spread in the market for Phillips as the Blue half of Manchester is monitoring the situation of Declan Rice.
The citizens will try to sign the English holding midfielder this summer if the deal actually happened then Phillips’s future will be in major doubt. However, the treble winners have to battle with the last season’s EPL runners-up Arsenal for Rice.
This season Phillips had very little time to play and he wants more playing time next season. West Ham showed engrossment to Phillips in a potential deal for Rice to City.
