Tom Brady abandones ex-wife Gisele Bündchen’s plans in favor of 20,200 square-foot project worth $35 Million

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers legend Tom Brady and Supermodel Gisele Bundchen decided to part ways late last year and the newly-divorced couple is co-parenting their kids pretty well in South Florida, albeit every other decision of theirs is going in completely opposite directions.

Brady has recently decided to ditch the full construction and design plans he once made with Gisele when they bought the property in 2020 for $17 million in hopes of creating a martial dream house for their family spanning 17,000 square feet to spend the future in comforts following wrapping up with their respective careers.

Tom Brady ditches $17 million mansion plans

In 2020, Tom and Bundchen were still married and bought the land on exclusive Indian Creek Island with many plans including everything from a yoga terrace, an organic garden, a meditation garden, and a pickleball court — to expansive his-and-hers bathroom suites, a main kitchen, a prep kitchen, and an outdoor kitchen, per floor plans obtained by The Post.

However, all those plans are now past and TB12 has different plans for the land.

“The work on improvements in connection with the property has been terminated as to the following described property all in accordance with Florida Statute … The Notice of Termination shall be effective on the date of execution.”

According to The Post show records, the workers of the project got their payment, and the due of materials was also paid before terminating it.

“People who worked on the property have been paid and all lienors have been paid in full for work and materials provided through the date hereof.”

Before the divorce, the player-model duo used to live in a rented four-bedroom, 4,300-square-foot waterfront home, and following separation, Brady decided to take a lease for a luxury condo at the oceanfront Fendi Château Residences building in Surfside as well as was awarded the Indian Creek Island property during the divorce settlement.

NFL GOAT’s construction loan for bachelor’s pad

The 45-year-old veteran reportedly has decided to make his own luxe bachelor pad in place of the earlier project which is expected to be more than 20,200 square feet, albeit the former layout of the 2-acre plot of land was somehow similar.

The California Cool took a $35 million construction loan to begin the new project with an 8.25% annual interest rate. The document says the new project will have a “new two-story single single-family residence with a security building, gym, cabana, pool, sport court, emergency, landscaping, septic system.”

According to Miami Condo Investments, “Brady obtained the fresh cash from JPMorgan Chase using a covert LLC.”

As the NFL superstar Brady and the supermodel Gisele navigate their separate paths, their respective fanbase will undoubtedly keep a close eye on their individual accomplishments, however, the duo must not be held questionable for their personal decisions.
