Tom Brady announces major decision for 2023 after retiring from NFL

Tom Brady is still making good use of his tremendous football knowledge. The former New England Patriots quarterback has renewed his agreement with SiriusXM for a third season of the podcast “Let’s Go! With Tom Brady, Larry Fitzgerald, and Jim Gray.”

In the fall of 2023, the show will resume. Brady and Fitzgerald talk about NFL-related issues on the weekly show, which is hosted by broadcaster Gray, a winner of an Emmy.

“I’m excited to be back with Jim, Larry, and the SiriusXM family for season three of Let’s Go!” Brady said in a statement. “Thank you to all of our supporters and fans. We look forward to providing insight on the game we love again in the fall.”

On February 1, Brady made the decision to leave the NFL after 23 seasons. After retiring, the former Patriot quarterback will serve as FOX’s top NFL commentator owing to a 10-year, $375 million contract. According to Brady, he will debut in that position in the 2024 season. But, he will continue to offer his opinions on significant NFL discussions during the 2023 season on the podcast.

It looks like Sirius would be delighted to have Brady on the broadcast regardless of whether this has any impact on whether or not Brady may un-retire for the second consecutive year and return to the NFL in 2023, as some people continue to assume.

“As the greatest quarterback in history steps away from the field and embarks on the next chapter of his career, SiriusXM will be the place to hear him talk about it all in his own words,” SiriusXM president Scott Greenstein said. “Tom, Larry, and Jim have produced so many ‘must listen’ moments so far in their first two seasons of Let’s Go! This is truly a one-of-a-kind show, allowing fans to connect with two of the greatest players to ever play the game. We are thrilled to extend our relationship and now make Let’s Go! available exclusively for our subscribers.”

Throughout the NFL season, the “Let’s Go!” podcast is broadcast live on SiriusXM every week. The show’s full recordings are later made accessible as podcasts. The podcast episodes will continue each week on SiriusXM’s Mad Dog Sports Radio and SiriusXM NFL Radio channels, and the company also announced that the full-length podcast versions of Gray’s in-depth conversations with Brady and Fitzgerald would be accessible through the SXM App.
