Tottenham star Harry Kane set to join Manchester United to finally win major silverware

Manchester United are ready to splash some cash in the summer window to strengthen their attack in the upcoming summer window, and Harry Kane is one of their potential purchases.

Over the years, Harry Kane has established himself as one of the most lethal strikers in the Premier League. Since his professional debut with Tottenham Hotspur in 2011, the 29-year-old English striker has remained with the London club. However, during this whole period, Kane’s trophy cabinet consisted of only one Audi Cup and no other major titles.

Kane will be entering the final year of his contract with the Spurs at the start of next season. With Tottenham being 5th in the current Premier League table and potentially missing out on the Champions League next season, Kane will be looking to swap to another club that will guarantee him a spot in the European Championship.

Manchester United, in recent years, has been heavily linked with the striker. A move has never materialized, though. United boss Erik Ten Hag is reportedly keen on bringing Kane to Old Trafford.

United’s attacking lineup suffered a heavy blow in January after Cristiano Ronaldo’s contract was terminated under mutual consideration. Anthony Martial’s prolonged injury hasn’t helped the case either. It’s thanks to Marcus Rashford that Manchester United is currently in the top four of the Premier League.

Erik Ten Hag will challenge for titles in the upcoming season, and the manager believes Kane will be a great addition to the team.

Manchester United wants Napoli’s Victor Osimhen as well

The Red Devils are keen on signing Napoli’s Victor Osimhen as well, according to reports.

SSC Napoli is set to win this season’s Serie A title after building up a massive lead over everyone else, and Victor Osimhen has been instrumental in the success. The 24-year-old Nigerian striker has been tearing it up in the Italian league, with 25 goals and 5 assists to his name in his 29 appearances.

The young prolific forward will make an excellent long-term choice for Manchester United. He will not come cheap, however, as Napoli is going to ask a hefty amount for the African.

Harry Kane and Victor Osimhen are surely two of the most exciting players to watch in the current soccer era. Whether Manchester United will be able to sign them, only time will tell.
