Since main the main event between Charles Oliveira and Justin Gaethje will not take place at UFC 274, the Michael Chandler vs Tony Ferguson fight will surely get huge attention.
Chandler will start the bout with a 22-7 record and come off two back-to-back losses against Charles Oliveira and Justin Gaethje. Hence, he is surely looking for a win. Chandler fought Olivera for Khabib Nurmagomedov’s vacant belt. Then he fought Gaethje UFC 268 in New York. He lost the bout by unanimous decision.
On the other hand, Tony Ferguson will start the bout with a 25-6 record. Previously, he had an incredible 12-fight winning record from 2013 to 2019. However, he is now at three losing streaks. He lost to Justin Gaethje, Charles Oliveira, and Beneil Dariush in his last three fights.
Like Chandler, Ferguson will also seek a win. Therefore, both fighters will certainly try their best.

In his last fight, Chandler earned $404,000 in which $350,000 was base salary, $50,000 performance bonus and $4,000 from sponsorship. So, it is expected that Chandler will make more than $350,000 at UFC 274.
On the other hand, Tony Ferguson made $516,000 in his last fight against Beneil Dariush at UFC 262, and his base salary was $500,000. So, it is expected that he will Ferguson will earn around $500,000 at UFC 274.
However, the payouts don’t include any deduction for some classified items such as licenses, insurance, and taxes. In addition to that, PPV cuts are also not calculated here.
