Warriors Fans ecstatic as Stephen Curry hands Jordan Poole trophy of best Free Throw shooter

The weeklong drama encircling the Draymond Green-Jordan Poole skirmish has finally ended as the Golden State Warriors are finally rejoicing as the tremendous shooting guard uncrowned the legend, Stephen Curry, winning even more admirers. Ever since Draymond hit Poole in the face in a practice match, the Warriors have undergone a pile of criticism until yesterday’s preseason match, where Poole and Steph embarked as an outstanding duo.

Though the Warriors encountered a 124-121 loss against the Los Angeles Lakers, the NBA community is spellbound by Poole’s free throw tactics. The promising player was given a token of appreciation by the Warriors after he scored the highest free throw percentage in the previous season of the NBA.

The two-time NBA MVP, Stephen Curry, with a free throw percentage of 92.3%, handed the 23-year old a trophy for being the best free thrower last season. Even though it is hard to believe, a player who has been a part of the NBA for just 3 seasons passed the king of free throws with a percentage of 92.5.

Drafted in 2019, the phenomenal player, after outperforming Steph, confessed how fortuitous he had been to be the greatest free thrower’s mate, “One of my goals was to shoot 90 (percent). So being able to have the best free throw shooter in the gym every day with me…it’s pretty awesome.”

“The torch has been passed to the new generation, the greatest free thrower of all time gives it to the man who led the league in free throw shooting a year ago, the youngest ever to do it in NBA history, Jordan Poole, ” the commentators exhaled with joy after yesterday’s match, while Steph handed Poole the trophy,

No wonder the Warriors supporters are in absolute amaze as a player takes the limelight in presence of Curry once in a blue moon.
